Emissions Testing.

Emissions testing is offered on any OEM unit’s equipment. Baseline testing is conducted prior to adjustments and tuning in order to assist in determining areas that can provide the greatest performance improvements.

Pneumatic Pressure & Vacuum Testing.

Individual pressure/vacuum testing of each tube uses a set of test guns. The guns are connected to the plant air; the air injection gun is then inserted in one end of the tube with the plugging gun into the other. The seals on the guns are expanded and the tube ID is sealed. The tube is then pressurized/vacuumed and isolated. Any leak in the tube will be indicated on the integral pressure gauge.

  • Quick: Each tube can be tested in approximately 30 seconds
  • Allows tubes to be tested when a shell side test cannot be performed
  • Limited to shop air pressure or maximum vacuum
